Payment information will be provided prior to the appointment, and payment is required at the time of the session. A receipt will be issued once payment has been made. Clients can keep this receipt for their records or use it to claim their insurance, if applicable.


Many insurance companies and employee benefit plans cover services, however, please get in touch with your insurance company to inquire about your coverage.  Some insurance plans vary on the type of service and clinician they cover.  The Empowered Mind Project is not responsible for the cost of any sessions that are discovered at a later date, not to be covered by an insurance plan.


I require 48 hours to cancel an appointment.  Clients are responsible for full payment for being absent without notice. 


I understand and respect that life can surprise us, and that obligations and emergencies can arise therefore, late/cancellation fees can be negotiated on an individual basis surrounding these special circumstances.
